Eat fruits and vegetables. Drink water. Limit sweets. Exercise everyday. Don’t smoke. Don’t drink. Don’t do drugs. Avoid salt. Eat organic.
We do this.
John did this.
My friend’s father in the 1970s was ahead of his time. He biked, didn’t smoke, drank a small glass of red wine almost every night, ate right (except for canned vegetables because that was the food of the time). He retired as an engineer at 63 ten years ago and had plans to enjoy an active life. A few months later, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. He went from having a brilliant mind to throwing tantrums like a toddler. He is 73 now and cannot talk. He wears diapers too. He has been in a home for 9 of these years getting round the clock care.
Why this man?
We know so many alcoholics. They waste their lives away drinking and self destructing. Oh look, yes avoid alcohol is on that list up there.
Why not them?
Every body is different. Why do bodies react the way they do? What body decides to survive with drugs and alcohol and why do bodies kill their own cells when the owner of it is working to be healthy?
